The Irish Forum on Natural Capital is hosting a free seminar with renowned economist Prof Dieter Helm on Tuesday 7th February between 12pm and 2pm at Gold Hall, Chartered Accountants House, Pearse St, Dublin 2. Prof Helm is the Chair of the UK’s Natural Capital Committee and author of the book ‘Natural Capital: Valuing the Planet‘. He is an economist specialising in utilities, infrastructure, regulation and the environment, and concentrating on the energy, water, communications and transport sectors primarily in Britain and Europe. He is a Professor at the University of Oxford, Fellow of New College, Oxford, and a Professorial Research Fellow of the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment.
