A4S is working with the global financial and investment communities to integrate environmental and social considerations into all aspects of financing and investment decision making. The Capital Markets Intern will support the effective delivery of the A4S global strategy with a focus on driving engagement and action within the Capital Markets.
In this role you will learn from a highly experienced team on the practical action the investment sector can take, and support us in engagements and developing materials designed to inspire, transform and scale up efforts by capital market leaders to create steps to accelerate change.
• Assist in the organization and delivery of high profile A4S events, including regular meetings of the Asset Owners Network and those roundtable discussions attended by senior members of the finance community
• Research key stakeholders from A4S’s core communities, identifying examples of best practice and helping to reach out to identified representatives
• Undertake research as required to input into the drafting of documents to support the Capital Markets work programme
• Provide support in the design, format and production of materials for meetings and communications
About the successful candidate: You will be flexible and have the ability to work on your own initiative. You will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
With two to three years solid work experience or educated to degree level, you must have a proactive approach to your work and excellent attention to detail. You should be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will be able to build strong relationships with a wide range of individuals, globally.
