Astrid leads the valuation and sustainable finance teams at the German Environment Agency. She has been working on the development of value factors and the methodology they are based on for almost 15 years. In addition to the scientific soundness of value factors, she has a strong focus on their applicability, for example in the context of sustainable finance. To support the application of value factors in decision making, Astrid is involved in a number of international cooperations to foster the standardization of the valuation methodology. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Humboldt-University Berlin.
