Brynn is the HR Manager within the Operations function at Capitals Coalition. She facilitates recruitment and induction of new staff, development and wellbeing support to current staff, and daily HR matters. She is dedicated to fostering a people-focused approach at Capitals Coalition.
With a background in operations and HR in international NGOs in the US and the Netherlands, Brynn has always been keen to support purpose-driven teams – she thrives when her team thrives. She is drawn to the Coalition’s focus on driving measurable change at the systems level so we can collectively work toward a more sustainable and equitable future.
Outside of work, Brynn finds joy in the small pleasures of daily life – walking with her dog, spending time with friends, and exploring undiscovered parts of the city where she lives, Utrecht.
