Ruth is the Director of Operations at Capitals Coalition, leading a team of function specialists to provide the infrastructure needed for the organization to deliver on its commitments. In her role, Ruth supports the day-to-day policies and practices of Capitals Coalition’s work.
She brings extensive experience in grant management, managing contractual obligations, and project budgeting and reporting. Ruth has developed a growing specialism in EU Horizon-funded grants and prepares the organization for audits. She enjoys strengthening team collaboration by providing tools, processes, and spaces for professional support and growth.
Ruth is excited by the ambitious strategy of Capitals Coalition and looks forward to seeing evidence that some of the most influential institutions are adopting our concepts and practice frameworks, as Capitals Coalition has helped to steer the world towards a more inclusive and sustainable economic system.
