Vanessa is the HR & Operations Officer within the Operations function at Capitals Coalition. She supports the team across HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, IT coordination, travel, and events, keeping the operational engine running so the Coalition can focus on its mission.
She holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and is a CIPD Level 7 qualified, Associate Member of CIPD. With experience spanning HR coordination, student engagement, and systems implementation, she brings a practical, people-first approach to everything she does. She is passionate about building processes that genuinely work for the people using them, not just on paper, but in practice. Vanessa was drawn to the Coalition by its commitment to changing how the world values nature, people, and society, and is proud to be part of a team that lives that principle.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with friends and baking.
